SOLUTION: A holding portion 211 for holding an actuator 120 for changing a discharge direction of a drug discharged from a discharge valve of a drug inhaler and an aerosol device 10, and a lever portion 220 for driving the discharge valve by applying pressure to the aerosol device. The first opening 212 into which the drug discharged from the aerosol device flows in, the chamber 230 in which the drug flowing in from the first opening stays, and the directional component facing the inflow direction of the drug into the first opening. It is provided with a second opening 241 that opens in the outflow direction and allows the drug staying in the chamber to flow out.
