PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for promoting hair growth, reducing gray hairs and preventing hair loss.SOLUTION: The tool for displacing scalp includes a cap body 2 formed to cover the entire head and having a soft protruding portion 4 on the inside surface. The cap body 2 is a tool for displacing the scalp made of a soft resin into which a trace amount of a magnetic powder (5%) is kneaded and obtaining the magnetic force by heating magnetization because electrical magnetization makes the magnetic force too strong.
