The present invention relates to a cleansing cosmetic composition using a red ginseng residue and, more specifically, to a cleansing cosmetic composition using a red ginseng residue providing an improved cleansing effect without the use of a surfactant. The red ginseng residue included in the cleansing cosmetic composition of the present invention provides an horny skin removal effect as well as an improved cleansing effect.
