The present invention relates to an isoquinolinol quinazoline-5.12-dione derivative, which is a novel blood vessel image compound for dyeing the blood vessel in living creatures. In the present invention, the novel blood vessel image compound for dyeing the blood vessel developed is allowed to dye blood vessels of the entire body in the creatures without injecting a blood vessel image agent to the blood vessel, compared with a rhodamine-dextran and a Berlin blud dye directly used in an existing image agent directly injected to the blood vessel. In addition, the novel blood vessel image compound for dyeing the blood vessel can screen a novel vascularization inhibitor by checking whether blood vessel is dyed with use of the composition for blood vessel image. Therefore, the novel compound and composition for the blood vessel image in the present invention are used for dyeing novel blood vessel images in the living creatures and are being used for manufacturing new drugs.본 발명은 이소퀴놀리노 퀴나졸린-5,12-디온 유도체에 관한 것으로서, 살아있는(live) 동물의 혈관을 염색하는 신규한 혈관 이미징 화합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 종래 혈관에 직접 주입하여 혈관 이미징에 사용되던 로다민-덱스트란 및 베를린-블루 다이와 달리, 혈관 이미징제의 혈관주입 없이도 살아있는 동물의 전신 혈관을 특이적으로 염색하는 혈관 이미징용 조성물을 개발하였다. 또한, 혈관 이미징용 조성물의 혈관염색 여부로써 신규한 혈관신생 역제제를 스크리닝할 수 있으므로, 혈관 신생과 관련된 다양한 질병의 의약 스크리닝에 이용될 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 화합물 및 혈관 이미징용 조성물은 살아 있는 동물에 있어 신규한 혈관이미징 염료로서 이용할 수 있으며, 신약 스크리닝 분야에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
