PURPOSE: A cultivation method is provided to cultivate ganoderma lucidum by using the sawdust of black oak. CONSTITUTION: The sawdust of black oak (3) is put into a bag (2) and sterilized at 100°C for 5 hours. Spawn is put into the sawdust of black oak sterilized and cultivated for one month. A frame (4) is inserted in ganoderma lucidum after one month when a fruit body (1) of the ganoderma lucidum is formed. A growth temperature of the ganoderma lucidum is maintained at 18°C-28°C. The frame is removed after three months when a mushroom fruit body is formed with the shape of the frame.(가) 영지버섯의 글자 및 다양한 모양의 재배를 하도록 한다. (나) 영지버섯을 다양한 모양의 틀을 이용 재배하여 관상용 및 식용 상품으로 글과 다양한 모양으로 의미를 줄 수 있도록 개발하는 것이다.(다) 균에서 초기 영지버섯 자실체가 형성되면 글자 및 다양한 모양의 틀을 자라나는 윗부분에 끼웁니다. 틀은 자실체를 끼우는 아랫부분과 윗부분을 뚫어 자라나는 방향을 유도한다. 자실체가 자라나면서 틀 안을 채우게 되며 자실체가 빛을 좋아하기에 윗부분으로 자랍니다. 틀 위로 나오면서 자연스러운 영지 버섯이 형성된다. 다양한 모양의 상품 영지버섯으로 관상용 인테리어 및 식용 상품의 다양화를 구축한다.(라) 글 모양을 이용하여 다양한 내용을 전달하며 관상용이 가능하여 축하의 뜻에 사용될 수 있다. 또한 다양한 모양의 식용상품을 만들 수도 있다.
