A urine collection and measurement device for use with a bladder diary has a flexible bag 12 with a scale 20 at a lower edge, a row of perforations which allows a substantial upper comer 26 of the bag to be torn off, and on the corner 26 a row of notches with the same indicators as the scale 20.The bag may be a Doypackâ„¢ bag. In operation, the user tears off the corner 26, urinates into the bag 12, and stands it on a horizontal surface to record the volume. The user then tears the notch corresponding to the measured volume and retains the corner 26 so as to record the volume in the bladder diary at a later time.
