The present invention relates to a band-type spinal assist device having an inclined expansion part which comprises a band part surrounding a body part of a user and a gas pressing part inserted into the band part. The gas pressing part includes: a body part having a central part not having an expansion part and a left part and a right part； and a main expansion part and a sub expansion part located on the left side part and the right side part, and having different expansion degrees. The sub expansion part includes the expansion part adjacently located to the central part than the main expansion part. The expansion part presses a pressure in an inclined direction toward the central part.
