The invention provides a foaming component for use in association with a foaming dispenser comprising: an air sparging element chosen from a group consisting of sintered polyethylene, sintered bronze, sintered stainless steel, micro porous materials, and multi-layer stainless steel gauze； a mixing chamber on one side of the air sparging element and the air sparging element defining a portion of the mixing chamber and the mixing chamber having a liquid inlet； an air chamber on the other side of the air sparging element and the air sparging element defining a portion of the air chamber and the air chamber having an air inlet； and a mixing chamber outlet down stream of the liquid inlet in the mixing chamber. Foam dispensers for use with the foaming component are also provided.
