PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably clean a body during an operation by steadily bubbling a required amount of a cleaning agent effectively and supplying it to a users body.SOLUTION: A body care device includes a plurality of operation elements 19-22 disposed on one end side of a housing 1 with operation protrusions 23 that impart physical stimulus to a users body, and a rotary motor 5 that causes the operation elements 19-22 to be driven to circulate around a rotation axis, and has a holding member 3 composed of a porous elastic body capable of holding a cleaning agent to clean the users body on the periphery in the radial direction of the operation elements 19-22.
