Disclosed is a cylinder type fermentation apparatus, comprising a frame, a fermentation unit arranged on the frame, a temperature/humidity system and control system for controlling the temperature/humidity of the fermentation unit. Said frame comprises a base and a movable bracket pivotly connected to the base. Said fermenting unit comprises a fermentation cylinder fixed on the movable bracket and a stirring plate arranged in the fermentation cylinder. The pivot joint of the movable bracket is biased way with said base and a discharging door is set on one end of the fermentation cylinder far away from the pivot joint of the movable bracket. By keeping the cylinder body still and the stirring plate rotating orderly, orderly turning in the fermentation is achieved, energy consumption of rotation is reduced, stirring of the fermentation impeller is more homogeneous, and fermentation effect is better.Cette invention concerne un appareil de fermentation de type cylindre, comprenant un châssis, une unité de fermentation agencée sur le châssis, un système de température/humidité et un système de commande pour réguler la température/lhumidité de lunité de fermentation. Ledit châssis comprend une base et un support mobile monté pivotant sur la base. Ladite unité de fermentation comprend un cylindre de fermentation fixé sur le support mobile et une lame dagitation agencée dans le cylindre de fermentation. Le joint pivotant du support mobile est incliné par rapport à ladite base et une porte de déchargement se trouve sur une extrémité du cylindre de fermentation, à distance du joint pivotant du support mobile. En maintenant le corps du cylindre immobile et la lame dagitation en rotation ordonnée, un retournement ordonné est obtenu dans la fermentation, la consommation dénergie de la rotation est réduite, lagitation de limpulseur de fermentation est plus homogène, et leffet de fermentation est meilleur.
