PURPOSE: A transgenic plant with enhanced resistance to environmental stress using Arabidopsis thaliana FK506-binding protein 16-1 (AtFKBP16-1) gene is provided to be used as a basic knowledge in related fields by initially identifying the location in a photosystem protein complex and a functional bond with interacting proteins. CONSTITUTION: A method for regulating resistance to dry or oxidative stress in Arabidopsis thaliana plant comprises the step of transforming a recombinant vector to Arabidopsis thaliana plant cells. The recombinant vector contains AtFKBP16-1 gene derived from Arabidopsis thaliana, containing a base sequence of sequence number 1. The method further comprises the step of re-differentiating Arabidopsis thaliana plants from the transformed Arabidopsis thaliana plant cells.본 발명은 애기장대 유래 AtFKBP16-1(Arabidopsis thaliana FK506-binding protein 16-1) 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터를 식물세포에 형질전환시키는 단계를 포함하는 식물의 환경 스트레스에 대한 내성을 조절하는 방법, 상기 AtFKBP16-1 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 식물세포를 형질전환하는 단계를 포함하는 식물의 환경 스트레스에 대한 내성이 조절된 형질전환 식물체의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 환경 스트레스에 대한 내성이 조절된 형질전환 식물체 및 이의 종자 및 상기 AtFKBP16-1 유전자를 포함하는 식물체의 환경 스트레스 내성 조절용 조성물을 제공한다.
