The present invention relates to a cloud-connected visual function-strengthened wearable device for prevention and real-time diagnosis of eye diseases, personalized treatment, effect analysis and management. The cloud-connected visual function-strengthened wearable device comprises: a state sensing unit sensing a visual function state of a user while the user wears the visual function-strengthened wearable device； a cloud platform interworking processing unit receiving a personalized service program for strengthening a visual function in conjunction with a healthcare cloud platform and providing real-time optometry information to an optometry image analysis device through the healthcare cloud platform； and a visual function strengthening module performing a training program for strengthening a visual function according to a personalized service program for strengthening a visual function received from the healthcare cloud platform through the cloud platform interworking processing unit.본 발명은 안질환 예방 및 실시간 진단, 개인별 맞춤형 치료, 효과분석 및 관리를 위한 클라우드 연동형 시기능 강화 웨어러블 디바이스에 관한 것으로, 시기능 강화 웨어러블 디바이스를 착용한 상태에서 사용자의 시기능 상태를 센싱하는 상태 센싱부；헬스케어 클라우드 플랫폼과 연동하여 시기능 강화를 위한 개인 맞춤형 서비스 프로그램을 제공받고, 실시간 검안 정보를 헬스케어 클라우드 플랫폼을 통하여 검안영상 분석장치로 제공하기 위한 클라우드 플랫폼 연동 처리부；상기 클라우드 플랫폼 연동 처리부를 통하여 헬스케어 클라우드 플랫폼으로부터 제공받은 시기능 강화를 위한 개인 맞춤형 서비스 프로그램에 따라 시기능 강화를 위한 훈련 프로그램을 수행하는 시기능 강화 모듈；을 포함하는 것이다.
