Provided are cereal snack pieces and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the cereal snack spices are manufactured by puffing and molding crops into a predetermined shape using an extrusion molder such that nutrients of the crops are less destroyed, cutting the molded puffed product into snack pieces with an easily eatable size, and coating surfaces of the snack pieces with a seasoning for improving a taste, flavor, and texture. The method for manufacturing cereal snack pieces comprises the steps of: washing crops, such as brown rice, whole wheat, barley, sorghum, corn, millet, and beans, and humidify the crops to have a moisture content of 18-20%, and pulverizing the humidified crops into a particle size of 30-60 meshes, followed by mixing; feeding the mixed crop powder into a molding extruder of which the barrel temperature is maintained at 120-150°;C, followed by melting and puffing under pressure conditions of 400-500 psi, and then discharging the puffed material through a nozzle, thereby discharging the puffed molded product with a predetermined shape; jetting the puffed molded product, which is discharged from the nozzle, to a cutting machine to mold obliquely cut snack pieces, and spray-coating surfaces of the molded snack pieces with a seasoning for 7-8 seconds, wherein the seasoning is obtained by mixing an edible oil with a flavor reinforcing agent in which a table salt is mixed with dry milk; and supplying hot air of 100-130°;C to the snack species coated with the seasoning to dry the snack species to have a moisture content of 3% or less, thereby increasing resistive starch of the brown rice, whole wheat, and corn.곡물 자체가 갖는 영양소의 파괴가 적도록 압출 성형기로 곡물을 퍼핑 하여 미리 설정된 형상으로 성형하고, 상기 성형된 퍼핑물을 섭취가 용이한 크기로 절단한 스낵 피이시스의 표면에 맛과 향미 및 식감을 증진시키는 시즈닝을 코팅하여 만들어진 곡물 스낵 피이시스 및 그 제조 방법이 제공된다. 상기 곡물 스낵 피이시스 제조 방법은 현미, 통밀, 보리, 수수, 옥수수, 조, 콩의 곡물을 세척하여 수분이 18%~20%가 되도록 조습하고, 상기 조습된 상기 곡물을 30~60메시의 입도로 분쇄하여 혼합하는 과정과; 상기 혼합된 곡물 분말을 바렐의 온도가 120~150℃로 유지되는 성형압출기에 투입하여
