PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifier which can perform actions and operations according to the final stage of reinfusion.SOLUTION: A blood purifier comprises: a blood circuit that may extracorporeally circulates blood of a patient from a tip end of an arterial blood circuit 1 to a tip end of a venous blood circuit 2 a dialyzer 3 to purify blood flowing through the blood circuit and substitution solution supply means capable of supplying a substitution solution into the blood circuit. The blood purifier performs reinfusion by substituting the blood in the blood circuit with the substitution solution supplied by the substitution solution supply means after treatment. The blood purifier further comprises: blood determination means 13, 14 arranged at a predetermined position in the arterial blood circuit 1 or venous blood circuit 2 and may detect presence or absence of the blood flowing in the arterial blood circuit or venous blood circuit at the predetermined position and recognition means 17 that may recognize a final stage of the reinfusion which is in a condition near the end of the substitution with the substitution solution on the basis of the presence or absence of the blood detected by the blood detection means 13, 14 during the reinfusion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】返血の終盤に応じた動作及び作業を行わせることができる血液浄化装置を提供する。【解決手段】動脈側血液回路1の先端から静脈側血液回路2の先端まで患者の血液を体外循環させ得る血液回路と、該血液回路を流れる血液を浄化するダイアライザ3と、血液回路内に置換液を供給可能な置換液供給手段とを具備し、治療後に置換液供給手段から供給された置換液と血液回路内の血液とを置換させることにより返血を行う血液浄化装置であって、動脈側血液回路1又は静脈側血液回路2の所定位置に配設され、当該所定位置における動脈側血液回路又は静脈側血液回路を流れる血液の有無を検出し得る血液判別手段13、14と、返血時に当該血液判別手段13、14で検出された血液の有無に基づいて置換液による置換の終了が近い状態である返血の終盤を認識し得る認識手段17とを備えたものである。【選択図】図1
