A rapid powdered-milk preparing component comprising a milk bottle (1) and a powdered-milk cartridge (2). The powdered-milk cartridge (2) is provided with a first connection part (21) that can be fittingly connected with a teat. The milk bottle (1) and the powdered-milk cartridge (2) can be used connectively. The powdered-milk cartridge (2) is provided therein with a baffle (23) and a baffle opening/closing mechanism. The baffle (23) is a movable cartridge bottom of the powdered-milk cartridge (2). Prior to powdered-milk preparing, the baffle (23) is made by the baffle opening/closing mechanism to block a powdered-milk outlet (27) in the powdered-milk cartridge (2), a powdered milk and warm water are filled respectively into the powdered-milk cartridge (2) and the milk bottle (1), and both of which are then screwed together while the teat is connected to the upper end of the powdered-milk cartridge (2), thus allowing the powdered-milk preparing component to be ready for powdered-milk preparing. When powdered-milk preparing is required, only the baffle opening/closing mechanism needs to be operated, as the baffle (23) is opened, the powdered milk is allowed to fall into the milk bottle (1) and is ready to be served after being shaken well.
