PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match a timing at which treatment is performed on a coating object on skin with a state of the skin in notifying the timing.SOLUTION: A secretion amount measurement section 112 measures a secretion amount of sebum which is a secretion from a users skin. A first acquisition section 111 acquires a measurement result of the amount of the secretion from the users skin from the secretion amount measurement section 112. A calculation section 113 calculates an index indicating the degree of deterioration of a coating object on the basis of the measurement result acquired by the first acquisition section 111. A notification section 115 notifies a treatment timing at which re-coating treatment is to be performed on the coating object applied to the users skin on the basis of the measurement result acquired by the first acquisition section 111.
