Method includes presowing seed treatment by wetting them in an aqueous solution of copper sulfate and foliar top dressing of plants in tillering phase in the morning by a solution of copper-containing fertilizer. In this case, an aqueous solution of copper sulfate with hydrated lime in a ratio of 1:0.75 is used to treat the seeds.
