PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetic forming a film of a lamellar α-gel structure on a skin surface and maintaining high moisture retention effect and non-sticky condition.SOLUTION: The emulsified cosmetic contains (A) a polyglycerol mono-fatty acid ester, (B) a C10 to 22 higher alcohol, (C) a compound represented by the formula (1), (D) an anionic surfactant, (E) a powder having an average grain diameter of 0.1 to 30 μm and (F) water each in a specific amount.
