The present invention aims to improve the utilization of refrigerator space during winter. By placing aseptic packaged milks such as the long-life milk in a refrigerator, not only the generation of undesirable flavors may be deferred for improving product quality and stability, but also the product shelf life extension can be evaluated in addition, a progressive warm temperature recovery approach is adopted before shipment so as to prevent the product from being moisturized and softened. This method not only can significantly improve energy utilization efficiency and extend the quality of aseptic packaged milk within its shelf life, but also is suitable for disaster prevention storage use, thus echoing the concept of anti-waste.本發明為於冬季時提高冷藏空間利用率,將保久乳等無菌包裝乳置於冷藏庫中,不僅可延緩不良風味產生、改善產品品質與安定性,亦可評估延長產品保存期限,並於出貨前採用漸進式回溫方式,避免產品軟包、受潮,此法除了可大幅提高能源利用率並延長保久乳等無菌包裝乳保存期限內品質外,還可適用於防災儲備使用,呼應反浪費的概念。
