PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridge plastering machine capable of providing a robust, new ridge which is less likely to collapse.SOLUTION: The ridge plastering machine 21 includes banking means 41 for banking soil on an original ridge, and ridge-forming means 42 for forming the new ridge, by compacting the soil banked by the banking means 41. Pretreating means 43 for cutting the upper face of the original ridge is arranged ahead of the banking means 41 in the traveling direction so as to be freely movable in the vertical direction. The ridge plastering machine 21 has an associating rod body 53, that moves according to the vertical movement of the pretreating means 43, and the associating rod body 53 is slidably supported by a cylindrical supporter 55. A coil spring 63 is arranged on the outer periphery side of the associating rod body 53, between a first receiving body 61 and one end of the cylindrical supporter 55 in the axial direction.
