To provide a syringe for sequentially delivering injectables.SOLUTION: A sequential delivery type syringe having a valve mechanism is configured and configurable so as to fill one kind or two kinds of substances in a syringe in advance. The valve mechanism is preferably one aspect of a distal seal assembly. A fluid passage for mixing one kind or two kinds of substances can be opened by the actuation of the valve mechanism, and a mixed substance acquired as a result can be delivered by the syringe, for example, in order to administer a medicine to a subject. Substances existing in distal and proximal chambers are and are able to be sequentially delivered. In this case, a second substance is delivered from the distal chamber, and then, a first substance is delivered from the distal chamber after the first substance is moved from the proximal chamber into the distal chamber due to the actuation of the valve mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11D【課題】注射物の順次送り出しのための注射器を提供する。【解決手段】弁機構体を有する順次送り出し型注射器が１種類又は２種類以上の物質を注射器中にあらかじめ充填することができるよう構成されると共に構成可能である。弁機構体は、遠位シール組立体の一観点であるのが良い。弁機構体の作動により、１種類又は２種類以上の物質の混合のための流体通路の開放が可能であり、その結果得られた混合物質を例えば被験者への医薬品の投与のために注射器によって送り出すことができる。遠位及び近位チャンバ内に入っている物質の順次送り出しも又、可能であり、この場合、遠位チャンバから第２の物質が送り出され、次に、弁機構体の作動に伴って近位チャンバから第１の物質が遠位チャンバ中に移された後に、遠位チャンバから第１の物質が送り出される。【選択図】図１１Ｄ
