Exposure frequency is 1 to 150 Hz, current rate is 20 to 100 mA, marks and spaces 2 s each, exposure time is 20 minutes. “Tomed-Applica” dirt is applied onto the affected joints. Additionally applications of dirt in the area of lumbar and inferior thoracic spine are executed. Time of applications is 18-20 minutes per each area. If DAS28 index exceeds 2.8, the area of joints over the mud applications is simultaneously exposed to polychromatic polarized light. Range of wavelengths 480-3,400 nm, distance 15 cm, power 40 mW/cm2, 4 minutes per joint.
