PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick extraction method which does not require a use of many solvents, and in which the treating time is short, the equipment is simple and the cost is low.SOLUTION: An extraction raw material is treated in advance with a microwave irradiation before the extraction raw material contacts with an extraction solvent. Since the microwave has a transmissive property, a heat energy can be supplied directly to the inside of goods, and the component therein is activated by the energy absorption to increase an extraction speed further.
