The exposed needle allows the injection of the insulin solution, and the needle guide body introduced after the injection is moved downward with respect to the needle hub body to receive the exposed needle to block the needle exposure, as well as to press the needle guide body after the injection. As the needle guide body is lifted and moved back inside the needle hub body to prevent the needle from being exposed, the needle can be prevented from being reused, thus preventing secondary infections caused by needle reuse.
