The present invention provides a method for producing a rabbit model with glaucoma through intravitreal injection of magnetic microbeads. The method of producing an animal model with glaucoma of the present invention confirms an increase in intraocular pressure for 21 days, a disturbance in discharge of aqueous humor due to magnetic particles near the trabecular meshwork, and loss of retinal ganglion cells in the ganglion cell layer, and thus can be advantageously used for the purpose of developing a therapeutic agent for glaucoma in the field of ophthalmology.본 발명은 자성 마이크로비드의 안방 내 주입을 통한 토끼의 녹내장 모델 제작방법을 제공한다.본 발명의 녹내장 동물 모델 제작방법은 21일간의 안압 상승, 섬유주 근처의 자성 입자로 인한 안방수 배출 장애 및 절세포층 내 막망 절세포의 소실을 확인하여 안과 분야에서 녹내장 치료제 개발의 목적으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
