PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialysis apparatus having a function of obtaining pre-dialysis characteristics in blood of a dialysis patient. SOLUTION: An extracorporeal blood circuit 1, a dialysate circuit 2, a dialyzer 3, a processing unit 7, and at least one sensor 5 or 6 provided in the dialysate circuit for determining the characteristics of the dialysate. Be prepared. The treatment unit 7 is configured to fix the temporal evaluation range during the initial stages of dialysis treatment. During the temporal evaluation range, all stability criteria from a given group are met. The dialysis machine is configured to use only the measurements measured by at least one sensor in these temporal evaluation ranges to determine the predialysis characteristics of the patient's blood.
