PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film dressing with excellent sticking workability.SOLUTION: An adhesive film dressing includes an adhesive layer and a release liner on the adhesive layer on one surface of a film base material, and a supporting body on the other surface of the film base material. The adhesive film dressing has a plurality of through-holes that are regularly arranged. The release liner and the supporting body respectively have slits which are not overlapped with each other and are in a positional relationship of parallel displacement when being projected on the same plane.
