An apparatus for developing a cell suspension of a cutaneous tissue sample during the perioperative period of a patient and for the immediate application of the cell suspension to a transplanted area of the patient, consisting of a first piece (18), a second piece (30) , a group of tools required for cell culture and a spray nozzle to apply the cell suspension to the transplanted area, where (i) The first piece (18) of the apparatus includes: (a) A suitable heating means for heating a Enzymatic solution at a required temperature and that is capable of maintaining that solution at the desired temperature for a certain time, where the preheated enzyme solution is used to incubate a sample of skin tissue and contains an amount of enzyme sufficient to dissociate the cellular stratum into the cutaneous tissue sample; (b) A filter cavity (28) comprising a filtration medium (29) of a filtration size between 50μm and 200μm, to remove cell clusters from cultured cells of the cutaneous tissue sample, to form the cell suspension that is capable of immediate dispersion to the graft area; (c) At least one fluid retention reservoir (26) for the storage of a nutrient solution suitable for direct application to the graft area, where the nutrient solution is used to suspend the cells after cell release of the cutaneous tissue sample; and (d) A storage compartment (36) for storing the group of tools required for cell culture; and (ii) The second piece (30) consists of a container (34) for retaining the cutaneous tissue sample and the nutrient solution in a fluid containment, so that the container is of a size sufficient to allow manipulation of the cutaneous tissue sample, allowing separation of cell strata and culturing of the stratum cells suitable for transplantation; where the first piece (18) has a seat (38) in which the second piece (30) can be placed during the manipulation of the cutaneous tissue sample.Un aparato para desarrollar una suspensión celular de una muestra tisular
