According to an embodiment, a method for controlling an X-ray imaging apparatus comprises the steps of: obtaining a plurality of frame images to an object having an interested area and an uninterested area extracting a second frame image having identical appearance with a first frame image among previous frame images obtained until the point when the first frame image is obtained among a plurality of image frames matching the extracted second frame image with the obtained first frame image and combining the first frame image with the matched second frame image, and generating a final restored frame image in which the uninterested area is restored.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015일 실시 예에 따른 엑스선 영상 장치의 제어 방법은 관심 영역 및 비관심 영역을 갖는 대상체에 대한 복수의 프레임 영상을 획득하는 단계, 상기 복수의 프레임 영상 중 제1 프레임 영상이 획득된 시점 직전 시점까지 획득된 이전 프레임 영상들 중 상기 제1 프레임 영상의 양상과 동일한 양상을 갖는 제2 프레임 영상을 추출하는 단계, 추출된 상기 제2 프레임 영상을 획득된 상기 제1 프레임 영상에 정합하는 단계 및 상기 제1 프레임 영상을 정합된 제2 프레임 영상과 결합하여 상기 비관심 영역이 복원된 최종 복원 프레임 영상을 생성하는 단계를 포함한다.
