The disclosure relates to a aqueous pesticidal composition comprising a pesticidal active ingredient, a methyl methacrylate-butadiene copolymer containing carboxyl group, a surfactant and water, wherein the amount of the carboxy-modified methyl methacrylate-butadiene copolymer is 20 - 100 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the pesticidal active ingredient and the amount of the surfactant is 0.1 - 50 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the pesticidal active ingredient. The surfactant may be polyoxyethylene tristyrylphenyl ethers, phosphate esters or ligninsulfonates. The pesticide may be fenpyrazamine or 2-[(2,5-dimethylphenoxy)methyl]-a(alpha)-methoxy-N-methyl-benzeneacetamide. The disclosure also relates to method of the compositions use and methods of producing them.
