PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seating tool that can selectively create both of a state where a balance exercise of an erector spinae group is continuously carried out and a state of rest seating.SOLUTION: A seating tool comprises a main seat as an air sack capable of expansion and contraction by adjusting an internal air flow rate, and a second seat as a coating bag with a cushioning medium stored inside. The main seat is turnably connected with the second seat at the rear of the seat. When desired to hold a normal balance kinetic state, the second seat is turned behind and only the main seat is seated. When rest seating is desired, the main seat is turned behind and only the second seat is used. Also, the second seat is stacked and disposed on the main seat, and the seating by holding a moderate balance kinetic state is allowed while maintaining a neutral position of a spine. Cushioning materials of two or more having different materials, respectively, can be stacked and housed inside of the second seat, and thereby can selectively be used as a ventilation cushion in summer and an urethane surface in winter.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】脊柱起立筋群のバランス運動が継続的に行われる状態と安静着座の状態との双方を選択的に創出することができる着座具を提供する。【解決手段】内部空気量の調節により膨張・収縮が可能な空気袋としての主座部と、内部にクッション材が収納される被覆袋としての副座部とによって構成される。主座部と副座部は座部後方において回動自由に連結されており、通常のバランス運動の状態を保持したいときは副座部を後ろに回動させて主座部だけで着座し、安静着座を望むときは主座部を後ろに回動させ副座部のみを使用する。また、主座部上に副座部を重ねて配置して、脊柱のニュートラルポジションを維持しつつ、適度のバランス運動の状態を保持しての着座もできる。副座部内部には、各々材質が異なる2以上のクッション材を重ねて収納することができ、夏期は通気クッションを、冬季はウレタン面といったように使い分けることが可能である。【選択図】図1
