The present invention relates to a shield structure for a hospital bed. The hospital bed shield structure that is installed around a hospital bed includes a shield (100) where hooks (101) are formed at both ends； and multiple columns (200) that are installed at an IV pole on a front surface of the bed or on a hospital room floor to fix the shield (100). According to the present invention, the shield is installed around the hospital bed of a patient and protects privacy of the patient even when the patient receives a treatment or a visitor is present in the hospital room, thereby enabling the patient to feel comfortable in the hospital room.
