The present invention is a female condom having a spreading shield that can cover and seal an external genitals to prevent semen and disease transmission during intercourse. The configuration of the present invention involves sealing the bilayer membrane film in an omega or similar configuration to create a tubular portion and a shield, followed by applying the adhesive and release sheet onto the exterior of the shield and then cutting it into a final product do. The tubular portion forms a protective barrier against the vagina (condom), while the shield attached to the external genital will prevent leakage of body fluids. The tubular part can function as a male condom if turned upside down. Dual tubular parts are constructed for non-traditional sexual activity. Horizontal and vertical folds are created to expand the tubular portion.
