A pile body 2 penetrating the presser face body 1 and the multifilm and securing it in the ground is provided. The holding face body 1 is formed of a biodegradable synthetic resin. The pile body 2 is formed of a biodegradable synthetic resin. Or the pile body 2 is formed of wood. The presser face 1 is placed on the upper face of the multi-film, and the pile body 2 is fixed to the ground from above the presser face body 1 to fix the multi-film. The presser face body 1 has a flat plate shape.
