PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection needle for an endoscope excellent in operability which can sufficiently reduce friction resistance in a bent part of a path formed in a body cavity by an endoscope, and transmit force applied to an inner tube to move in an outer tube direct to a puncture needle so as to move the puncture needle responsively and agilely.SOLUTION: There is provided an injection needle 1 for an endoscope provided with a puncture needle 2, an inner tube 3, and an outer tube 4, the puncture need 2 being provided to a tip 31 of the inner tube 3, and the inner tube 3 being inserted into the outer tube 4 in a movable state. A coil spring 5 for covering the outer surface 32 of the inner tube 3 is provided between the inner tube 3 and the outer tube 4. Contact between the inner tube 3 and the outer tube 4 is prevented by the coil spring 5 covering the outer surface 32 of the inner tube 3 so that friction resistance when the inner tube 3 moves in the outer tube 4 can be reduced, thereby improving responsiveness of the puncture needle 2 and enhancing operability of the injection needle 1 for an endoscope.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】内視鏡により体腔内に形成された経路の屈曲部における摩擦抵抗を十分に軽減し、外管内を移動させるために内管に加えられた力をダイレクト(直接的)に穿刺針に伝達し、穿刺針を反応良く敏捷に動かすことができる操作性の良好な内視鏡用注射針を提供すること。 【解決手段】 穿刺針2と、内管3と、外管4とを備え、穿刺針2が内管3の先端部31に設けられ、内管3が移動可能な状態で外管4内に挿通されている内視鏡用注射針1であって、内管3と外管4との間に、内管3の外側面32を覆うコイルばね5が設けられている。内管3の外側面32を覆うコイルばね5によって、内管3と外管4との接触を防いで、内管3が外管4内を移動する際の摩擦抵抗を低くできるから、穿刺針2の反応性が向上し、内視鏡用注射針1の操作性が良好になる。【選択図】 図1
