The invention relates to a cosmetic composition, a kit comprising this composition and a method of using this composition. The basic cosmetic composition of the invention comprises, in percent by weight, relative to the total mass of said composition: 1) the following cosmetically-soluble water-soluble compounds, in the form of a powder, the largest particle size of which is between 5 and 200 μm: a) between 35 and 60% of an absorbent compound, preferably selected from silica, talc and mixtures thereof, b) between 15 and 40% of a thickener-gelling agent, cold, preferably acetylated diamidon adipate, c) between 5 and 15%, preferably 10%, of a texturing agent, preferably wheat starch, more preferably native wheat starch, d) between 2 and 10% of a cold emulsifier chosen from: a water-soluble wax containing cocoa butter butter, untreated beeswax and sodium polyacrylate, a co-polymer of sodium acrylate / dimethylsodium taurate, and mixtures thereof, e) between 0 and 10%, meadow 5%, a moisturizing agent, preferably based on glycerin, more preferably a crosslinked copolymer of methyl methacrylate and glycerine, f) between 0.5 and 3%, preferably 2%, of a texture chosen from starches, preferably oat grains starch, g) between 0 and 0.5%, preferably 0.3%, of a preservative, preferably methyl paraben, and 2) the following water-soluble cosmetically acceptable compounds, in liquid form: h) between 1 and 5% of an emollient, preferably of avocado oil and polyglycerol-6, i) between 0 and 2%, preferably 1% of perfume.
