PURPOSE: A method for preparing oligo(ethylene glycol) gelling agent containing cylic peptides is provided to ensure remarkable effect in gelation uniformity and time. CONSTITUTION: A gelling agent conjugated with cyclic peptides has a structure of chemical formula 1 or 2. A bio material contains the gelling agent. The bio material is a drug delivery system, bio sensor, cosmetic filling agent, cell culture medium, tissue engineering support, and chemical valve. A method for manufacturing the gelling agent of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of coupling a compound of chemical formula 3 with a compound of chemical formula 4 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 5 a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 5 with a compound of chemical formula 6 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 7 a step of deprotecting Boc protection group from the compound of chemical formula 7 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 8 and a step of cyclizing both end groups of the compound of chemical formula 8.본 발명은 고리형 펩티드를 포함하는 올리고(에틸렌 글리콜) 계열 젤화제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 본 발명에 따른 젤화제는 생체 적합성, 다양한 용매에 적용 가능성 및 낮은 농도에서의 젤화 가능성 측면에서 우수한 효과를 달성함과 동시에 젤화 시간, 젤화의 균일성 및 수화젤화 후 수분 보유력 등의 측면에서도 현저한 효과를 보임을 확인하였다.
