PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treatment or prevention of interstitial lung disease, asthma, condition related to the interstitial lung disease such as fibroid lung, or condition related to the asthma.SOLUTION: Treprostinil, its delivative, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is used. The delivative may be an acid delivative of treprostinil, a prodrug of treprostinil, an extended-release form of treprostinil, an inhaler form of treprostinil, an oral form of treprostinil, a polymorph form of treprostinil, or an isomeric form of preprostinil. Administration can be executed in dosage forms suitable for intravenous dosing and oral dosing chosen from a group of tablets and capsules.
