Disclosed are uses of drugs for treating thrombocytopenia, in particular the use of dencichine in preparation of drugs for treating thrombocytopenia. By adding pharmaceutically acceptable conventional adjuvant material, dencichine can be prepared into an oral preparation or an injection. A pharmacodynamic trial shows that the dencichine can effectively inhibit the thrombocytopenia caused by chemotherapy drugs, and treat thrombocytopenic purpura with obvious curative effect and low toxic side effects.La présente invention concerne des utilisations de médicaments pour le traitement de la thrombocytopénie, en particulier lutilisation de dencichine dans la préparation de médicaments pour le traitement de la thrombocytopénie. Laddition dune substance adjuvante pharmaceutiquement acceptable classique permet de préparer de la dencichine en préparation orale ou en injection. Selon linvention, un essai pharmacodynamique montre que la dencichine peut inhiber efficacement la thrombocytopénie provoquée par des médicaments de chimiothérapie, et traiter le purpura thrombocytopénique avec un effet curatif évident et peu deffets secondaires toxiques.
