Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Trägerzusammensetzung für partikuläre und granuläre Knochenersatzmaterialien, bei der es sich um ein Hydrogel handelt, das ein Gemisch aus Ethylenoxid(EO)-Propylenoxid(PO)-Blockcopolymeren umfasst, sowie darin eingebettete Silica-Nanopartikel. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Knochenersatzmaterial, das neben der neuartigen Trägerzusammensetzung osteokonduktive und/oder osteoinduktive Partikel oder Granulate enthält.
