A surgical stapling instrument, comprising: a handle; a trigger element; an electric motor, said electric motor advancing said starting element during a first operating state, delaying said starting element during a second operating state, and transmitting feedback to said handle during a third operating state, said electric motor comprising: a rod; a resonator mounted on said rod, said resonator comprising: a housing comprising a mounting hole, said mounting hole and said rod being coaxial with the central axis of said resonator, wherein the center of mass of said resonator is located along a central axis; a spring passing from said housing ; the load passing from the specified spring; and counterweight extending from the specified enclosure. 2. The surgical stapling instrument of claim 1, wherein said electric motor rotates in a first direction during a first operating state. The surgical stapling instrument of claim 2, wherein said electric motor rotates in a second direction during a second operating state, and wherein the second direction is different from the first direction. The surgical stapling instrument of claim 3, wherein said electric motor oscillates between a first direction and a second direction during a third operating state. The surgical stapling instrument according to claim 4, wherein said resonator comprises an amplifying frequency range including the natural frequency of said resonance�1.
