The present invention pertains to a method to dry multiple individual bodies comprising frozen liquid having a pharmaceutical compound contained therein, the method comprising providing a container having one or more walls that define a volume that contains the said multiple individual bodies, the volume of the container being closed by a top wall that prevents particulate material to pass from the environment into the container, subjecting the bodies in the container to a reduced pressure, and providing heat to the bodies to support sublimation of the frozen liquid at the reduced pressure, wherein the top wall is a vapour permeable membrane. The invention also pertains to a system for applying this method.La présente invention concerne un procédé pour assécher de multiples corps individuels comprenant un liquide congelé contenant un composé pharmaceutique, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à utiliser un récipient ayant une ou plusieurs parois définissant un volume qui contient lesdits multiples corps individuels, le volume du récipient étant fermé par une paroi supérieure empêchant le passage de matériau particulaire depuis lenvironnement vers le récipient, à soumettre les corps contenus dans le récipient à une pression de faible intensité, et à apporter de la chaleur aux corps pour favoriser la sublimation du liquide congelé sous la pression réduite, la paroi supérieure étant une membrane perméable à la vapeur.
