CUTTING ACCESSORY EXTENDING FROM HOUSING AND SURGICAL OPERATION INSTRUMENT HAVING ACTUATOR FOR ESTABLISHING POSITION OF CUTTING ACCESSORY WITH RESPECT TO HOUSING
To provide an instrument for treating a tissue during the application of a surgical operation.SOLUTION: An instrument 200 comprises a hand-held portion and a working portion 202. The hand-held portion is manually supported and moved by a user, and the working portion is movably connected to the hand-held portion. A tracking device 114 is attached to the hand-held portion so as to track the instrument. The tracking device is in a communication state communicating with a control system 120 which is used for holding the working portion within a boundary 106, or at the outside of the boundary 106. A plurality of actuators are connected to the working portion so as to be workable.
