PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning agent for an artificial dialysis apparatus which removes an organic pollutant such as protein and has sterilization effect at the same time without using a halogen-containing substance such as sodium hypochlorite, furthermore does not produce a precipitate when being dissolved in water and is superior in preservation stability.
SOLUTION: The cleaning agent for an artificial dialysis apparatus consists of sodium percarbonate and sodium silicate, the blending weight ratio of sodium percarbonate to sodium silicate being 0.1-1.3 and it is used for cleaning an artificial dialysis apparatus as an aqueous solution of 0.05-17 wt.%.
