PURPOSE: A wheelchair fixing unit on a moving unit is provided to reduce failure by the decrease of the number of parts due to the simplification of the structure of a driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A wheelchair fixing unit on a moving unit comprises a base plate(32), a right plate(68), a first left plate(70) and a second left plate(71). The fixing unit comprises a driving-member supporting plate(66), a rack gear, a driving motor(62), and a pinion gear. The base plate comprises a wheel holding space for holding the wheels of a wheelchair. The right plate can be rotated by first and second hinge shafts(72,74), which are fixed to the base plate. The second left plate is coupled to be able to be rotated by the second hinge shaft. The driving-member supporting plate is coupled perpendicularly to the rear end of the right plate. The rack gear is coupled perpendicularly to the rear end of the second left plate. The driving motor generates rotating power according to a sensor.본 발명은 이동수단에 구비된 휠체어 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 구동수단의 구조를 간략화시킴으로써 부품의 수를 감소시켜 경제적이며, 고장 발생을 줄일 수 있고, 체인 및 스프라켓 등의 부품을 줄임으로써 소음을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 각 플레이트별로 별도의 힌지축을 제공하면서 그 힌지축을 플레이트 중간부에 형성함으로써 휠체어 바퀴의 측면에 면대면 접촉될 수 있게 하고, 지렛대 효과가 적용되어 작은 구동력으로 큰 고정력을 얻을 수 있도록 한 이동수단에 구비된 휠체어 고정장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.본 발명을 적용하면, 구동수단의 구조를 간략화시킴으로써 부품의 수를 감소시켜 경제적이며, 고장 발생을 줄일 수 있고, 체인 및 스프라켓 등의 부품을 사용하지 않아서 소음을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 유지 보수가 용이하고, 각 플레이트별로 별도의 힌지축을 제공하면서 그 힌지축을 플레이트 중간부에 형성함으로써 휠체어 바퀴의 측면에 면대면 접촉될 수 있게 하고, 지렛대 효과가 적용되어 작은 구동력으로 큰 고정력을 얻을 수 있도록 하며, 장치 고장 등의 비상시 신속하게 휠체어의 바퀴를 빼낼 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
