A kind of Human Physiology feedback mechanism assessment device, includes a communication unit, a processing unit and a display unit. The communication unit captures the continuous blood pressure signal of testee under the situation that testee lies low respectively and passively stands up. The processing unit is electrically connected with the communication unit, and according to said blood pressure signal, converses mean blood pressure, average heart rate respectively, carries out autobnomic nervous system and pressure-sensitive reflective analysis. The display unit is electrically connected with the processing unit, and shows the analysis result of aforementioned autobnomic nervous system and pressure-sensitive reflection. Thereby, as the foundation of autobnomic nervous system and pressure-sensitive reflective analysis, and then the accuracy and reliability of the biofeedback index of assessment brain cardiovascular related diseases is substantially improved in the variation to be lain low using testee with blood pressure signal when passively standing up.一種人體生理回饋機制評估裝置,包含一通訊單元、一處理單元,及一顯示單元。該通訊單元在受測者分別平躺與被動起身的狀況下,擷取受測者連續的血壓訊號。該處理單元與該通訊單元電連接,且根據前述血壓訊號,分別換算出平均血壓、平均心率,進行自律神經系統與感壓反射分析。該顯示單元與該處理單元電連接,且顯示前述自律神經系統與感壓反射的分析結果。藉此,利用受測者平躺與被動起身時血壓訊號的變化,做為自律神經系統與感壓反射分析的依據,進而大幅提升評估腦心血管相關疾病的生理回饋指標的準確性與可靠性。
