The present invention provides a lower limb vibration device, which adds stimulus to the hip joint at a proximal end of lower limb to perform the so-called "poverty shaking movement of foot" when the lower leg at the lower limb end is in a relaxed state. The lower limb vibration device is configured in such a way that an action plate for placing the sole heel portion is interconnected with a motor, the lower limit position of the action plate is set to be no more than 4cm high above the ground that is for placing the toe, and the heel portion placing surface is moved vertically by the driving force of the motor. The motor is provided with an eccentric cam at the output shaft, the eccentric cam is connected to a rotary plate having one end rotatably connected to the shaft； when the sole is placed on the ground disposed with a frame, the action plate is transversely disposed in the frame so that the heel portion can be placed at the lower limit position no more than 4cm high above the ground, and connected to the other end of the rotary plate and performs vertical movement by rotating the rotary plate up and down with the shaft-connected end as a fulcrum, wherein the rotary plate is rotated as a result of the rotation of eccentric cam.本發明係提供一種讓下肢末端之下腿部在放鬆的狀態下，附加刺激為下肢基端的股關節來進行所謂貧窮抖腳之運動的下肢振動裝置。下肢振動裝置構成為可載置腳底之腳踵部的動作板係與馬達連動設置，動作板相對於載置腳尖部之地面係以4cm以下的高度位置作為下限位置，而藉由該馬達之驅動力來讓腳踵部載置面上下移動。馬達係於輸出軸設有偏心凸輪，該偏心凸輪上係連接有一端可轉動地軸接之轉動板；動作板於腳底載置於設置框體之地面時，係橫向地設置於框體以使得腳踵部可載置於從地面起4cm以下高度之下限位置，且連接至該轉動板另端，並以轉動板因偏心凸輪之轉動而以軸接之一端為支點上下轉動來進行上下移動。
