The present invention relates to a radiograph training simulator. According to an aspect of the present invention, the radiograph training simulator comprises: a model X-ray generator； a model detector having one or more sensors for outputting a sensing value by sensing whether a patient puts an examination region with a suitable posture for the model X-ray generator； a medical image system for storing a radiograph； and a server for providing a user interface capable of receiving a parameter value, determining a posture of the patient based on the sensing value and the received parameter value, selectively outputting a radiograph corresponding to the parameter value among a plurality of radiographs, and transmitting the output radiograph to the medical image system.본 발명은 교육용 방사선 영상 시뮬레이터 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 교육용 방사선영상 시뮬레이션 시스템이 제공된다. 교육용 방사선영상 시뮬레이션 시스템은, 모형 X선 발생장치, 환자가 상기 모형 X선 발생장치에 적합한 자세로 검사부위를 위치시켰는지를 감지하여 센싱값을 출력하는 하나 이상의 센서를 구비한 모형 디텍터, 방사선영상을 저장하는 의료영상시스템 및 상기 파라미터값을 입력받을 수 있는 유저 인터페이스를 제공하고, 입력된 파라미터값과 상기 센싱값에 기초하여 상기 환자의 자세를 판단하고, 상기 복수의 방사선영상 중 상기 파라미터값에 상응하는 방사선영상을 선택하여 출력하며, 출력된 방사선영상을 상기 의료영상시스템에 전송하는 서버를 포함할 수 있다.
