The present invention relates to a dressing comprising a support and a hydrophobic elastomeric matrix coating said support. According to the invention, said matrix comprising at least two elastomers of SEPS, SEBS or SEEPS type, consisting of a combination of polystyrene blocks and polyolefin blocks, one of these elastomers having a molecular weight between 230000 and 350000 Dalton and the other of these elastomers having a molecular weight between 320000 and 600000 Dalton, these molecular weights being measured by gel permeation chromatography, the total elastomer fraction being between 3.2 and 10% of the total weight of said matrix elastomeric. La présente invention concerne un pansement comprenant un support et une matrice élastomérique hydrophobe enrobant ledit support. Selon l'invention, ladite matrice comprenant au moins deux élastomères de type SEPS, SEBS ou SEEPS, constitués d'une association de blocs polystyrène et de blocs polyoléfine, l'un de ces élastomères ayant un poids moléculaire compris entre 230000 et 350000 Dalton et l'autre de ces élastomères ayant un poids moléculaire compris entre 320000 et 600000 Dalton, ces poids moléculaires étant mesurés par chromatographie par perméation de gel, la part totale d'élastomères étant comprise entre 3,2 et 10% du poids total de ladite matrice élastomérique.
