A surgical device configured for arthroscopic surgeries which require an imaging component communicating an image to a display to guide the user. The device provides a surgical blade having a viewing aperture formed therein. The aperture provides a line of sight view of the area opposite the side on which the imaging component is positioned. The blade may be combined with a guide to both protect from accidental cutting during maneuvering of the device within tissues of a patient and to provide mating cutting surfaces to that of the blade.Linvention concerne un dispositif chirurgical conçu pour des interventions chirurgicales arthroscopiques qui nécessitent un composant dimagerie communiquant une image à un écran daffichage pour guider lutilisateur. Louverture offre une ligne de vue sur la zone opposée au côté sur lequel est placé le composant dimagerie. La lame peut être combinée avec un guide qui permet dassurer une protection contre les coupures accidentelles pendant la manipulation du dispositif dans les tissus dun patient, et également de coupler les surfaces de coupe à celles de la lame.
